Each your request is carefully studied by our support team and they can discuss it with product developers to give the most complete answer.

• Your registration data (only if you are registered user)
• The operating system you use and its full name (including full updates name)
• The situation when the problem occurred (for example, you clicked some button)
• Any other information that you think will help us to resolve the problem
